I offer a free 30-60 minute in-person fitness assessment to new clients. During this session, we will go over your goals, perform short physical assessments to establish a baseline, and make an outlined plan for you to reach your goals.
My fitness coaching journey began at age 17 as a competitive boxer and boxing coach in San Jose, California. At 18, I became ISSA-certified in personal training and nutrition. After several years training clients at Equinox and earning additional certifications in nutrition and strength training, I started my own practice, Deverfit.
I work with clients pursuing a wide range of goals, including fat loss, strength and muscle growth, and overall health. My specialties include corrective exercise, injury prevention, and improving mobility and stability—particularly for the ankles, knees, hips, back, and shoulders. I also train golf, tennis, and lacrosse athletes to enhance sport-specific performance through structured strength training.
In addition, I offer boxing coaching for all levels, from beginners seeking a fun way to get cardio in, to experienced boxers looking to take it to the next level.
My approach to nutrition is holistic and sustainable, focusing not only on macronutrients but also on micronutrient balance and long-term sustainability.
I train clients at a fully equipped private studio in downtown Menlo Park and offer in-home sessions in the Menlo Park and Atherton area.
