I offer a free 30-60 minute in-person fitness assessment to new clients. During this session, we will go over your goals, perform short physical assessments to establish a baseline, and make an outlined plan for you to reach your goals.
My fitness coaching journey began when I was 17 years old as a competitive boxer and boxing coach in San Jose, California. At age 18 I became certified by the ISSA in both personal training and nutrition. After several years as a personal trainer at Equinox, I decided to start my own practice: DeverFit. I now coach clients with a wide variety of goals such as weight loss and strength/muscle growth. I also specialize in boxing, whether you are an absolute beginner wanting more exciting cardio, or an amateur boxer looking for a coach. I also have extensive experience in nutrition, mobility and stability, and corrective exercise. I partner with a fitness studio in downtown Menlo Park, and can also travel to your home near the Menlo Park / Atherton area.
